Our Durham location offers 20,000-square-feet packed with over 100 pieces state-of-the-art floor equipment!  Stop in and check it out! 

Cardio deck with 38 BMW Startrac treadmills, incline upright and recumbent bikes, stair masters and elliptical trainers.  A dedicated  free weight area, a dedicated spin cycle room, a dedicated aerobics room and a dedicated yoga/pilates room.....Along with Free Motion, Cybex, Hammer Strength and Epic machines.

Classes include Zumba, kickboxing, step, spinning, toning, yoga, pilates, absolute abs and power yoga. 

FREE childcare with each membership.

Personal Training and Consultation packages are available.
