Laurie Conteh, MS, RD, LDN, CEDRD-S, PMP

 

Laurie is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN). She is licensed in North Carolina and West Virginia. She attended Florida State for undergrad and received her Masters from North Carolina Central University.

 

She has a certificate of weight management for both adult and pediatrics, journal publications, and was awarded Young Dietitian of the Year (NC, 2011).

She has worked in the clinical and outpatient settings and has a vast amount of knowledge in mindful, sustainable nutrition. She practices under the belief that nutrition should be easy for anyone and balance is the key.
